A movie trailer is more important than most would think. It’s not just a commercial on TV or a preview you must sit through in theaters. It’s its own work of art, and it’s doing a difficult job. That short trailer, and even shorter teasers, are what must draw viewers to a program – it’s what has to hook you and entice you, while not giving too much away. A trailer should be seen, and the viewer knows instantly if they want to watch that program. If that happens, the teams – yes, entire teams – who create them have done their jobs.
